Lives Saved Report: Saving 4.6 million lives in Indonesia

This report examines Indonesia’s rising smoking crisis and its severe health impact. With the world’s highest male smoking rate, tobacco-related diseases are set to increase. Tobacco harm reduction (THR) products like vapes and nicotine pouches could help, but adoption remains low. If THR, better cessation services, and improved treatment are embraced, 4.6 million lives could be saved by 2060.
